Coordinate your studio team

Invite team members, control access, assign production tasks, and review photo versions.

What you’ll achieve

Clear ownership of work with the right people seeing the right clients, events, and files.

01

Invite and organise the team

Roles keep each person focused on the areas they need without exposing the whole studio unnecessarily.

  1. 1

    Open team settings

Go to Settings and find the team management area.

  2. 2

    Invite by email

Choose the role that best matches the person’s responsibilities.

  3. 3

    Confirm acceptance

The invited person joins the studio workspace through their invitation.

  4. 4

    Review access over time

Update or remove members when responsibilities change.

02

Assign production tasks

Tasks turn an editing or design request into a trackable piece of work.

Step 4Studio review
Step 5Approve or revise
  1. 1

    Choose Assign task

Add a clear title, brief, due date, and assignee.

  2. 2

    Choose the scope

Link the task to an event, selected photos, an album, or general studio work.

  3. 3

    Attach the right photos

Select only the files the assignee needs.

  4. 4

    Track the board

Use board or list view to see work moving through its stages.

03

Review work and photo versions

Version history keeps revisions connected to the original photo and task.

  1. 1

    Open the task

Review its brief, assignees, photos, and current status.

  2. 2

    Inspect submitted work

Compare the latest result with the original and earlier versions.

  3. 3

    Approve or request revision

Give specific direction and keep the task active until the result is ready.

  4. 4

    Complete the task

Close it only when the production result can move into selection, album, or delivery.

Studio tips
  • Write revision notes that describe the desired outcome, not only what is wrong.
  • Use second-shooter access to limit event visibility intentionally.
