Collect selections and help clients find photos
Run proofing, selection approval, revision requests, and face-assisted discovery from the event workflow.
What you’ll achieve
A clear, approved client selection that can move directly into editing or album production.
01
Set up client selection
Selection limits and gallery access make expectations clear before the client begins.
Workflow at a glance

Set the selection limit
Choose the number of images included in the package or agreed workflow.
- 2
Confirm visible photos
Only make finished proof images available for choosing.
- 3
Share the selection experience
Send the event or gallery access to the assigned client.
- 4
Monitor progress
See whether the selection is in progress, submitted, under revision, or approved.
02
Review and approve selections
Use the Selections area to turn client choices into a production-ready set.
- 1
Open submitted selections
Prioritise sets waiting for studio review.
- 2
Check the chosen photos
Confirm the count and make sure the set suits the promised deliverable.
- 3
Approve the set
Mark it approved when production can proceed without changes.
- 4
Request a revision when needed
Return it with clear guidance so the client knows what to change.
03
Use face-assisted discovery
Face search helps guests or clients narrow a large event gallery to photos they appear in.
- 1
Enable album-view access
Turn on the separate viewing experience for the event.
- 2
Let the viewer provide a clear selfie
Good light and a front-facing image produce the best match.
- 3
Review the matched set
The viewer can browse the smaller group of likely matches.
- 4
Use selfie match lock for privacy
When enabled, the link stays limited to matched photos after the first successful search.
- Face search is a discovery aid; clients should still review the results.
- Explain the selfie lock before using it for guest-specific access.
