Send contracts for signature
Create reusable agreements, collect signatures from one or more people, and preserve a clear signing trail.
What you’ll achieve
A signed, version-locked client agreement with each signer’s status clearly recorded.
01
Build a contract template
Templates save your standard language while still allowing each draft to be tailored.
- 1
Choose New template
Name the agreement and explain when your studio should use it.
- 2
Add the complete terms
Include the services, payment terms, delivery expectations, cancellation policy, and signature language your business requires.
- 3
Save the template
The template becomes available when creating future contracts.
- Have your agreement reviewed for the locations where you work.
- Keep business terms readable and avoid unnecessary complexity.
02
Create and send a contract
A contract remains editable while it is a draft and locks when sent.
Workflow at a glance
- 1
Choose New contract
Start from a saved template or from a blank agreement.
- 2
Add title and expiry
Use a clear title and, when appropriate, a deadline for signing.
- 3
Add every signer
Enter each person’s name, email, and role. Each signer receives their own access.
- 4
Review and create the draft
Check the complete agreement and signer list before saving.
- 5
Send
Sending locks the version and queues the signing request for every signer.
03
Track signatures
The contract list shows whether each signer is pending, has viewed, signed, or declined.
- 1
Watch signer status
Use the contract row to understand who still needs to act.
- 2
Let each signer use their own request
Do not forward one signer’s private link to another person.
- 3
Confirm completion
The contract is complete when every required signer has signed.
- 4
Preserve the signed version
Create a new contract rather than changing terms after signing.
