Manage customers

Keep every client, event, invoice, payment, and interaction connected in one place.

What you’ll achieve

A clean client record that gives your studio the full relationship history at a glance.

01

Add and maintain a customer

Create one customer record per client relationship and keep their contact information current.

  1. 1

    Open Customers

Choose Customers from the dashboard navigation.

  2. 2

    Add the client

Enter their name, email, phone number, and any helpful notes.

  3. 3

    Review the profile

Open the customer to see linked events, invoices, payments, and current balances.

  4. 4

    Update details when they change

Edit the customer record instead of creating a duplicate.

Studio tips
  • Use the email address the client will use for gallery and questionnaire access.
  • Add context to notes that will help any team member serve the client well.

02

Read the relationship history

The customer profile brings commercial and production context together without spreadsheets.

03

Give clients the right access

Client access stays tied to the correct event so people only see work intended for them.

  1. 1

Assign the client to an event

Open the event and confirm the intended customer is connected.

  2. 2

    Choose the experience

Share the selection gallery, album-view link, final album, form, contract, or invoice needed at that stage.

  3. 3

    Preview before sharing

Open the client-facing link yourself and verify the content and permissions.
