Create and deliver albums

Assemble final photo collections, control downloads, publish, and share revocable album links.

What you’ll achieve

A final album that is ready to present and safely share with the client.

01

Create an album

Albums begin as drafts so you can assemble and review the final set privately.

Workflow at a glance

Step 1Approved photos
Step 2Draft album
Step 3Arrange & preview
Step 4Publish
Step 5Share
  1. 1

    Choose New album

Give the album a client-friendly title and connect it to the relevant event.

  2. 2

    Select photos

Choose final images from the Photo Library or approved selection.

  3. 3

    Set the cover and order

Create a strong opening image and arrange the collection intentionally.

  4. 4

    Preview

Check the complete album before changing its status.

02

Publish and share

Publishing makes the album ready; sharing creates the client-facing access link.

  1. 1

    Publish the draft

Move the album out of draft once its content is final.

  2. 2

    Choose download access

Decide whether the public album should show download controls.

  3. 3

    Share the album

Copy the client link from the share dialog and test it before sending.

  4. 4

    Rotate the link if needed

Revoke the old link and create a new one without rebuilding the album.

Studio tips
  • Use the link-rotation option if access was sent to the wrong address.
  • Keep draft albums private until both curation and download settings are ready.
