Plan events and shoots
Organise dates, client access, shot lists, billing, galleries, and live delivery around each shoot.
What you’ll achieve
One event record that acts as the command centre for the complete job.
01
Create the event
Set the core details once, then manage every connected workflow from the event page.
Workflow at a glance
- 1
Choose New event
Add the event title, date, location, type, and status.
- 2
Connect the client
Assign the correct customer so client access and communication go to the right person.
- 3
Add commercial details
Choose a package, confirm pricing, and set the number of photos the client may select.
- 4
Save and open the event
Use the event page for uploads, selections, shot lists, billing, access, and live mode.
02
Use the calendar and agenda
The calendar gives the studio a date-based view of upcoming work.
- 1
Open Calendar
Move between months to see scheduled shoots and events.
- 2
Select a day
Review all events on that date, including their timing and location.
- 3
Use the agenda
Scan the month as a list when you need a quicker production view.
- 4
Open the event
Jump into the event record when details or preparation need attention.
03
Prepare shot lists and live viewing
Plan required moments before the shoot and optionally offer an updating live gallery during the event.
- 1
Build the shot list
Add important people, moments, or compositions and update them as they are completed.
- 2
Configure live mode
Choose the live viewing options that fit the event.
- 3
Copy the live link
Open it on the intended display or share it with the event organiser.
- 4
Turn it off when finished
Disable live access when the event no longer needs an updating public view.
- Use the shot list for must-have moments, not every possible photograph.
- Test the live link on the venue network before guests arrive.
