Upload and organise photos

Move images into Qubold reliably, monitor the queue, and reuse master photos across workflows.

What you’ll achieve

An organised master library with photos ready for proofing, tasks, albums, and delivery.

01

Upload an event set

Upload from the event so every image is immediately connected to the correct job.

  1. 1

    Open the event

Go to the upload area for the event you are working on.

  2. 2

    Choose or drop files

Select the photographs you want to add and review the queue before leaving the page.

  3. 3

    Monitor progress

Watch each file move through queued, uploading, and completed states.

  4. 4

    Resolve interruptions

Pause, resume, remove, or retry failed items without restarting the whole upload.

Studio tips
  • Keep the browser open until the queue reports completion.
  • If storage is nearly full, resolve that before beginning a large upload.

02

Work from the Photo Library

The Photo Library is the master view of studio photos that can be reused without uploading duplicate copies.

  1. 1

    Browse or search

Find photos across events and narrow the set you need.

  2. 2

    Preview details

Open an image to confirm its event, filename, and available versions.

  3. 3

    Select in bulk

Use multi-select when an action applies to several photos.

  4. 4

    Reuse the originals

Add existing photo assets to galleries, tasks, or albums without creating another upload.

03

Manage storage thoughtfully

The sidebar and billing area show how much of the studio allowance is in use.

  1. 1

    Watch the storage indicator

Check usage before importing a large event.

  2. 2

    Review the breakdown

Use Billing to understand which events are using the most space.

  3. 3

Remove only what is no longer needed

Confirm delivery and backups before deleting client work.

  4. 4

    Increase capacity when appropriate

Change plans before storage limits interrupt an active production schedule.
