The operating agreement behind a polished client-delivery platform.

By creating a Qubold account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Qubold. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Qubold provides a cloud-based platform for photographers to manage events, galleries, client selections, album delivery, and billing. Features vary by subscription plan.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Qubold offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. A cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; access continues until then. Upgrades may take effect immediately, while downgrades and billing-cycle changes take effect at the next renewal. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of all photos, files, and data you upload to Qubold ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share your content. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, is illegal, or is harmful.

You agree not to: use Qubold for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; resell or sublicence access to Qubold without our consent; upload malware or harmful code; or interfere with other users' access to the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Qubold, you consent to data processing as described therein.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the core Qubold service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qubold's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Your subscription remains usable through the end of its paid billing period, then product access ends. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We retain account data for at least 90 days after access ends so you can resubscribe or request an export; deletion is handled under our retention process.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
