Set up your studio
Configure your profile, understand the workspace, and prepare Qubold for your first client.
What you’ll achieve
A ready-to-use studio with the right identity, preferences, and first workflow in place.
01
Complete your studio profile
Your studio details appear across client-facing experiences, so start by making them recognisable and trustworthy.
Workflow at a glance
- 1
Open Settings
From the dashboard, choose Settings and open Profile Information.
- 2
Add your identity
Enter the studio name, your name, website, profile image, and a short description.
- 3
Choose your currency
Set the currency you normally quote clients in. It will be used for packages, invoices, and payment screens.
- 4
Review notifications
Choose the activity you want Qubold to surface so important client actions do not get missed.
- Use the same studio name and avatar your clients already recognise.
- Set currency before creating packages or invoices.
02
Learn the dashboard
The overview is your daily starting point for recent events, work in progress, storage, and client activity.
- 1
Scan the overview
Use the summary cards to understand current events, clients, selections, and storage at a glance.
- 2
Use the left navigation
Move between client management, production, delivery, business tools, and studio settings.
- 3
Watch recent activity
Open the most relevant record directly instead of searching through every section.
- 4
Switch workspaces when needed
If you belong to more than one studio, use the workspace switcher before starting work.
03
Run your first client workflow
A simple first run helps you understand how records stay connected from enquiry to delivery.
Workflow at a glance
- 1
Add a client
Create the client once so you can attach events, forms, contracts, invoices, and galleries to the same record.
- 2
Create an event
Add the shoot date, location, client, package, and selection expectations.
- 3
Upload a small test set
Use a few photos to check your gallery, selection, and delivery settings.
- 4
Open the client view
Preview the public experience before sharing it with your client.
- Use a test client with an email you can access while learning the workflow.
