Collect details with questionnaires
Build flexible client forms, revise drafts, share a public link, and receive complete shoot information.
What you’ll achieve
Complete, structured client information that your team can use before the shoot.
01
Build the questionnaire
Ask only for information that will change how you plan, photograph, or deliver the event.
- 1
Choose New questionnaire
Add a title, short explanation, client, and optional expiry date.
- 2
Add fields
Choose from short text, long text, email, phone, date, time, number, dropdown, single choice, and yes/no fields.
- 3
Mark required answers
Require details the client must provide before submitting.
- 4
Create the draft
Save privately so you can review the form before it reaches the client.
- Group related questions and keep labels direct.
- Use choice fields when a fixed list will make answers easier to review.
02
Edit, send, and copy the link
Drafts can be corrected and reassigned before sending; sent forms keep a stable public link.
Workflow at a glance
- 1
Edit the draft
Update the title, client, expiry, questions, options, or required fields.
- 2
Send
Qubold makes the form available, queues the client message, and copies the public link.
- 3
Copy or open the link
Use the actions on the questionnaire row whenever you need to share or preview it again.
- 4
Avoid changing a sent form
Once the client can respond, the question set is kept stable for a reliable record.
03
Receive the response
The public form validates required answers before the client can submit it.
- 1
Client opens the link
They see your studio identity, form explanation, and any connected event context.
- 2
Client completes required fields
Missing or invalid answers are highlighted before submission.
- 3
Submission is recorded
The questionnaire moves to Submitted and the response count updates.
- 4
Open View responses
From Questionnaires, choose View responses to see the respondent, submission time, and every answer.
- 5
Use the answers in production
Bring timelines, preferences, and shot details into event preparation.
