Is photo analysis included in my plan?

Photo analysis availability depends on your plan. Desktop analysis requires an active plan that includes desktop photo analysis; cloud face analysis requires a subscription with that feature. Use quality scores and checks for blur, exposure issues and possible closed eyes to review your shoot. Set a minimum quality score to hide weaker shots from view, or filter by person to shortlist favorites. Your originals stay in your gallery, and your plan's storage and usage limits still apply.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Clients access their event gallery via a secure link — no sign-up required. You control all access.

What image formats are supported?

Qubold supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF images and verifies each uploaded file before adding it to your library.

Is there a limit on the number of photos per event?

There's no per-event limit — upload as many as you need. Your total storage depends on your plan.

What is included in the trial?

The available trial and its current duration, storage and usage limits are shown in pricing. Your trial begins when registration completes. No payment is required for a free trial.
